Payment / Online Billing
We are currently accepting payments with all major debit & credit cards plus Paypal. For Paypal you do not need a Paypal account to make a payment.
Payment Security
We utilise industry-standard 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of sensitive information such as your name, address and other sensitive information like your credit card details.
This technology includes the following features:
Authentication - this assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct computer server, and that the server is secure. Encryption - this encodes the data, so that it cannot be read by anyone other than the secure server. Data Integrity - this checks the data being transferred to ensure it has not been altered.
Please be advised that we do not store your credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Orders
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Contract creation and electronic contracting
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
You place the order for your products on the Military Toys Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website.
We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from MilitaryToys.co.uk.
As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in change or cancel an order:
- Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
- You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.
- The contract will be concluded in English.

Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping may be shipped as they become available unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping once, at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. If multiple shipments are necessary we may send secondary shipments via a different carrier, i.e. Royal Mail instead of DHL.
Out-of-Stock Products
The majority of the products offered by MilitaryToys.co.uk, are readily available from our warehouse. However, there may be times when we do not have the product you ordered or it may be out of stock. This will delay us fulfilling your order. A member of the Military Toys team will notify you if any product is out of stock – you will then be given the opportunity to have:
- A partial order shipped to you,
- Wait until all items are available before we ship to you,
- Or, cancel your order and receive a full refund.
